4537 Dosher Cutoff Road
Wescott Farms
$ 375,000

When I see this home, two things come to mind.
  1. The sound of my kids running on the upstairs porch while I read on the porch swing,
  2. I would love to have all that land to spread out on!

I personally believe the location of this neighborhood Wescott Farms is a prime location.  It is right off Dosher Cutoff, in between River Road and Southport Supply Road.  One takes you to Boiling Spring Lakes and Wilmington, the other takes you to Southport, Oak Island and Hwy 17.  Definitely centrally located!  You are minutes to Walmart, Lowes, Foodlion, McDonalds, Dosher Hospital, Oak Island's Bridge, Historic Southport, Surf Cinema, etc... So basically "location, location, location"!

Another great thing about this home is that it sits on 1.25Acres!   That is very unusual in our area!  Something that is commonly noticed by our buyers.  I can totally see myself in this home!

Here is the description found in the mls:

"Unique property with 1.25 Acres in Southport at Wescott Farms. Incredible home in a private setting. Just minutes from shopping in Southport or near Oak Island. Just a few miles to Southport's Waterfront and historic district. This beautiful Charleston style home has all the casual charm that southern living has to offer. Double front porches give the home stunning curb appeal. Living is easy in the large open floor plan and master suite is on the main level. The huge kitchen is perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The den/study has a corner fireplace and large windows that adds light. Large master bedroom has extra closets for ample storage. The whirlpool tub makes a beautiful focal point. This home has many out-of-the-ordinary features that includes the large lot, storage buildings and a craft shop. It only takes a few minutes to have fun and sun at the beach. The Smithville Park for soccer games, tennis, playground, and ball park is just around the corner."
