Christmas Tour of Homes and Holiday Flotilla

 Don't miss Southport's 24th annual Christmas Home Tour December 8th, from 2 PM to 7 PM, featuring historic, renovated, and new homes all wonderfully decorated for the holidays. The Trolley will be available. Children’s activities, a Waterfront Winter Craft Festival, special music, and the Old Jail Open House are also planned. End the day at the waterfront as lighted boats sail on the Cape Fear at the 7:00 pm Holiday Flotilla!

Santa Claus is Coming to Southport!

It's that time of year again for a classic Southport family tradition......Santa Claus is coming to town on Tuesday, December 4th! Meet at the Southport Fire Station on N. Howe Street (across from Dosher Memorial Hospital)  at 6:00 pm!

Come down and watch Santa light the Christmas Tree at Dosher Hospital, take a ride on a real Fire Truck, and enjoy some holiday treats!
